METALURGE makes every attempt to keep our website up to date however one of a kind pieces may be gone before we receive your order. In that case and at your discretion we will assist you in finding an equally special piece.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario by Canada Post. Alternative shipping arrangements can be made upon request. We will also advise you if we think your purchase is best shipped via a particular carrier. Shipping rates varies according to carrier, package weight and country of destination.
Every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible and you will be notified immediately of any delay. No items will be shipped without insurance.
Please note that METALURGE adheres to a strict policy in filling out all customs declarations truthfully and accurately.

RETURNS
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. METALURGE makes every effort to accurately describe the quality and condition of our merchandise. To avoid having to return an item, please request any and all information you may need prior to ordering.
Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery to make sure that everything is in proper working order. If you are not happy with an item, notify us by email or telephone immediately. Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 14 days of invoice date.
Authorization must be obtained first before any returns or replacement credit can be issued. Returns should be properly packaged, insured, and shipped by priority mail. Your refund will be mailed to you upon return receipt of merchandise in same condition as it was shipped to you.
NOTE: Unfortunately 'Made to Order' and 'Customized Designs' items are not returnable.
