Nina Graci was born in Sicily and raised in Toronto's Kensington Market.  She makes jewellery incorporating techniques used by nomadic tribes such as the Kuchi, Ndebele and Berber. Recent pieces include hand made charms created by the Karen Hilltribes of Thailand.

Nina creates vessels by combining colour wire and textiles with the beads and charms collected from travels throughout India, Nepal, Morocco and Indonesia. She is a journalist specializing in jewellery and writes about the techniques and inspiration that bring it into the world for Lapidary Journal and other magazines. She is Contributing Editor of Step-by-Step Wire Jewelry Magazine.
